Jamaica
We arrived in Jamaica on May 17, 2023, and we were mesmerized by the wildlife. Our favorite excursion was to the bioluminescent lagoon.
Dominican Republic
Since my husband’s family lives in the Dominican Republic, yearly trips are a must. While we are there, we make sure to enjoy the mangos and avocados.
Spain
In May 2025, we had the opportunity to travel to Spain. Most of our time was spent in Barcelona, but we escaped for a day trip to Madrid. We loved exploring the city, sampling local cuisine, and soaking in the rich history that Spain has to offer.
We made sure to visit Hospital Sant Pau (below), the oldest hospital in Spain.
The stunning stained-glass windows are a highlight of the Basilica de la Sagrada Familia. The architecture is nothing short of overwhelmingly beautiful, just as its designer, Gaudí, intended. We also explored his other artworks located throughout Barcelona.
